BBQ Showdown and Benefit - 11am-5pm

Come join us for great BBQ and help us support our troops!  For $25.00 you will get a BBQ meal from Teddy Bear BBQ www.teddybearbbq.com, your favorite glass of wine or soda for those under 21. Persons 18 and under are free.  If they would like to purchase a BBQ meal from Teddy Bear tickets can be purchased for $10.00  Be ready to spend the day with friends and sample delicious barbeque from all of the competitors and enjoy music by Two Darn Bad.   The teams signed up so far are:  Ravens Fyre BBQ, Piggy D's BBQ, Gold Bar-B-Q, Dances with Smoke, Drunken Pig BBQ, and Beerbque.  This event is sanctioned by the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association www.pnwba.com.  Please call 509-894-4528 to purchase tickets.  Proceeds will go to Operation BBQ www.opbbq.com.

Horse Heaven Hills Trail Drive

We invite you to join us in celebrating our 4th annual trail drive and Horse Heaven Hills AVA anniversary.  This event funds our Horse Heaven Hills Wine Growers Scholarship and special projects at Crow Butte Park.  Take a drive through the beautiful Horse Heaven Hills (keep an eye out for our new signs) and taste wonderful wines at our local wineries and tasting rooms.  Enjoy a BBQ dinner by Castle Catering, wine tasting, music by Dale Brown www.cdbaby.com and prizes next to the mighty Columbia River at Crow Butte Park. (Under the auspices of the Washington Wine Industry Foundation).  Tickets :  $40/Adult if purchased before 7/11/09 (includes wine tasting, logo glass, and BBQ).
