June 6-7 Dutch Oven Cooking Classes
For the third year in a row, Cee Dub and Penny will teach a two-day hands-on Dutch oven cooking clinic. Cee Dub, TV host and Dutch oven cookbook author, will feature new and interesting topics he'll weave into the material he normally covers in his Dutch oven cookin' clinics! On the first day participants will grind and season their own Italian sausage, make lasagna noodles from scratch, plus MAKE the ricotta and mozarella cheese they'll use on the second day to make Dutch oven lasagna along with other entrees. In addition, Cee Dub and Penny will introduce folks to their new program, Powerless Cooking(TM)! Enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere of wine country. Dry camping is available. 8th Annual McKinley Springs BBQ Showdown & Benefit
For just $30.00 you receive a logo glass filled with a special McKinley Springs Wine (for those over 21), and the opportunity to sample some of the best barbeque around. Come on out and help us support our troops through "A Time of Remembrance". Their purpose is to bring together the families of Washington's Fallen Heroes of Afghanistan and Iraq in a time of healing; unite the citizens of Washington in Remembrance; and Honor Washington State's Fallen. This is being done under the auspices of American Legion Kennewick Post 4. There is no charge for kids 12 and under. The number of tickets is limited, so get them early. To purchase tickets click on the button below. The price will increase to $50.00 if purchase after June 1st. Water will also be provided but please don't bring any outside alcoholic beverages. You are welcome to bring your own side dishes to compliment your BBQ experience. Pets will not be allowed on the winery lawn or the pit area.
