Bombing Range Red -

This blend of estate Syrah (29%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%),Cabernet Franc (18%), Malbec (18%), and Mourvedre (10%) is our tribute to our troops and the Horse Heaven Hills’ colorful history. During WWII our land was used as a training ground for U.S. fighter pilots.  The U.S. P-40 Hawk fighter planes depicted on our label capture the spirit of our Bombing Range Red.

Aged 21 months in 10% new and 90% neutral oak (50%French and 50% American)

Tasting Note
A deep garnet wine with dark cherry, blueberry and spice aromas. It has rich dark berry and plum flavors that lead to a long and chewy finish with a hint of pepper.

This is a great food wine -- enjoy it with a Texas brisket style BBQ sandwich or Tri-Tip roast.
