Reds
Bombing Range Red - $12
This blend of estate Syrah (52%), Cabernet Sauvignon (40%),
Petit Verdot (4%), and Malbec (4%) is our tribute to our troops and the Horse Heaven Hills’ colorful history. The area was used as a fighter pilot training ground during World War II.
Winemaking
Aged in neutral oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting Note
A deep garnet wine with coffee bean, dark fruit aromas and a hint or rosemary. Rich dark cherry, leather and black licorice flavors with a long dry balanced finish..
Pairing
This is a great food wine -- enjoy it with a Texas brisket style BBQ sandwich or vegetable stew.
