Winemaking
Aged 23 months in 50% new oak barrels (75% French and 25% American).
Tasting Note
A garnet red wine with sage brush, cinnamon and earthy aromas. It sings with dark black fruit, spicy notes and a dark chocolate raspberry truffle finish..

Enjoy with a fatty cowboy Rib eye steak right off the grill or pasta with tomato sauce.
