Chenin Blanc
We are one of the few Washington producers crafting Chenin Blanc, an off dry white with some tropical flavors. The wine comes from one of our original 1981 plantings.
Winemaking
Fermented almost dry in stainless steel tanks and aged sur lie.
Tasting Note
A pale yellow wine with aromas of basil, honeydew melon and the scent of fresh rain. It has candied pineapple, nut and tropical fruit flavors. Finishing with ripe fruit, good acidity and bracing minerality.
Pairing
Oysters on the half shell or light pasta salad.
