Heaven’s Reward Late Harvest Chenin Blanc
A delicious and refreshing dessert wine made from late harvested Chenin Blanc and sourced from one of the first vineyard blocks we planted in 1981.
Winemaking
Harvested on December 12 at 34 Brix and aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks. A small amount of wine was also aged in new oak for enhanced structure and a richer mouthfeel.
Tasting Note
Golden yellow color with aromas of honeysuckle, tangerine and white peaches. On the palate there are orange blossom honey, apricot and pineapple flavors with hints of musk and lemon cream. It finishes long and smooth -- delightful!
Pairing
Enjoy chilled with a fruit tart or crêpe.
