Viognier

A balanced wine with plush fruit flavors of apricot and orange peel, it has a crisp finish and is great with BBQ shrimp. It comes from vineyard blocks 12 and 13, planted in 2003.

Winemaking
Aged sur lie in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note
A pale straw yellow wine with aromas of orange peel, white flowers and a touch of honeydew melon. Plush flavors of fresh apricot and honeyed caramel that finish crisp and balanced on the palate.

Pairing
Organic greens with prosciutto and blue cheese dressed with honey olive oil, or BBQ shrimp.
