History

During World War 2 the United States Military used the land where Mckinley Springs Vineyards are located at as a bombing range. After the war ended in 1945, the U.S. Government gave a$10,000 stipend to rebuild and continue farming in the Horse Heaven Hills in Washington State. Used this to farm dryland wheat. We secured water rights in the 1950’s which allowed for drilling wells. Up until this point everything was dryland farming. As our wells improved and the gallons of water increased, vineyard farming became viable! Thanks to our founders and our generations after generations of hard work and dedication, our grapes are found in the worlds best wines.

Results

Over 80 years of perfection, award winning family owned and operated deliver unmatched results. Our grapes are found in the best wines around the world, thanks to four generations of dedication and hard work.
